ABOUT

As a husband and wife team who couldn't think of anything better than building a business we were proud of by helping people at the same time.  We really love what we do and enjoy handling this together.  We came up with the name "Linked Property Buyers" because we view ourselves as locked or linked together so why not help link people to a solution for their real estate problems.  Since we have been married our passion for all things real estate has exploded as we feed off of each others energy.  We are building an honest reputation as professionals that care about their clients and offer them the best service possible.

Every day another business opens up offering to buy your property, totally fine with us as we love honest competition.  The difference is there are so many scammers or dishonest brokers pushing things on ones who don't have the same knowledge they do about real estate.  They have no construction or real estate background what so ever and offer to produce things they really can't successfully achieve. The difference is we treat you the same as the people we've known for 20 years and we only promise what we know we can accomplish.

We have a tremendous experience in this field and we pass that on to everyone around us. We also only work with the best in the business, we make sure they are experts in what they do if they will represent our business or work on our properties.  

So yes we say we will buy your property for cash but we will also show you the difference between someone who is in it for a quick buck or a husband and wife team making a difference in a persons life also.

Kristina DiFede
Manager

As having the role as Manager and Co-Owner Kristina deals with many of the people we help everyday.  She handles much of the day to day office operations and making sure things are on track to be done by the promised deadlines. Since she has been married to Joe she hasn't had much of a choice but to be fully involved in all things real estate.  She has grown such a passion for the business she states it no longer feels like work.  She agrees every client should know what they're getting involved in and makes sure they know every detail.  Her goal is to make sure there are no surprises, nothing hidden during the process and everyone is happy in the end.  She does an excellent job of organizing everything and is key to constantly being in communication with all of our clients.

Along with Kristina's huge role in making sure our clients continue to receive the best service from our company she handles much of the design on the homes being renovated.  She has become so well versed in current trends and what people really want in their homes.

Kristina also has the same mindset as her husband and feels that any client can email or call us whenever they need and they will get a response quickly.

Growing up Joseph's family was always around construction, ever since he was really young he worked with them getting onto every job he could.  As he grew older so did his desire to learn and grow in the real-estate sales and development field.  Joe comes from a family of successful contractors and new home builders.  He's been on a job site since he was 5 years old, learning as much as he could and once he could pick up some tools he did.  He worked along side his family for years perfecting his craft, managing projects, estimating, dealing with clients and researching better products to improve one home after another.  He grew a passion for the business and realized that he needed to be fully involved in this field no matter what it took. 

 

Joseph knew he still wanted to be involved in the real estate side of the business so he obtained his real estate license and within a few years he was helping clients sell or purchase properties all over Long Island. He soon realized being in this business how bad some of the work being done by contractors and other companies was. That's when he decided he was going to make a change and run a company that would be different.  Joe wanted to provide an excellent product and service for people who needed to get out of their home and give a beautiful, updated home to new buyers.  He raised some capital for his first investment property purchased it from an elderly man who fell in love with his personality, which he then renovated and after that he never looked back. 

 

He has a real drive to help as many people as he can, he is proud of what he has been able to accomplish so far and looks forward to making more friends through his business.
