I can't say enough amazing things about how Joe and Kristina run their company.  You can see how they really care about being honest in all they do.  I had some family issues on my end and they helped us work through them and purchased my parents home that was in bad shape.  He gave us a fair offer right from the beginning and we close quickly with no issues on their end. We called them many times and they always responded quick with an answer.  They are best company out there like this for sure!
